RumChata

Think of RumChata as the Caribbean cousin of horchata — it’s a cream liqueur blending rum, dairy cream, cinnamon, and vanilla. Launched in 2009, it quickly became a hit for shots and dessert cocktails. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch shot mixes it with Fireball, and it’s genuinely delicious in a way that probably shouldn’t be admitted out loud. At 13.75% ABV it’s lighter than Baileys, and the cinnamon flavor makes it distinctive. Pour it over ice cream, add it to coffee, or shake it with espresso. No refrigeration needed before opening, but chill it after — it’s better cold.
