Rosé Wine

Somewhere around 2016, rosé stopped being just a wine and became a cocktail ingredient. A dry rosé works wonderfully in spritzes — combine it with Aperol and a splash of soda over ice for a perfect patio drink. Frosé (frozen rosé) blew up on Instagram and actually tastes great when you blend it with strawberries and a little simple syrup. Use Provence-style dry rosés for cocktails rather than sweet ones, since you can always add sweetness but can’t take it away.
