Pomegranate Juice

Fresh pomegranate juice is basically what grenadine was supposed to be before it became artificial red sugar water. Use POM Wonderful or juice your own for a Pomegranate Martini that has real tart, fruity depth. It pairs beautifully with vodka, gin, and tequila. The juice also makes a killer homemade grenadine — just simmer equal parts pomegranate juice and sugar. Its deep ruby color looks stunning in any glass.
