Peach Liqueur

Peach liqueur is the engine behind a great Sex on the Beach and dozens of other fruity crowd-pleasers. DeKuyper Peachtree dominated the market for years with its candy-sweet style, but if you want something more refined, look at Giffard Crème de Pêche or Mathilde Pêche — they taste like actual peaches. It works wonderfully with sparkling wine for a Bellini riff, or shaken with bourbon and lemon for a peach sour. Typically around 20% ABV, so it won’t overpower a drink on its own.
