Passion Fruit Liqueur
Chinola, Giffard, and Passoa all make passion fruit liqueurs, but they taste surprisingly different from each other. Chinola is made with real Dominican passion fruit and Dominican rum — it’s the current bartender favorite. Passion fruit liqueur is the easy way to get that tropical tang into a Pornstar Martini or a Hurricane riff without sourcing fresh fruit. It’s pre-sweetened, so adjust your other syrups accordingly. Shake it with vodka and lime, top with prosecco, and you’ve got a crowd-pleasing drink in under a minute.
