Lychee Liqueur

Soho and Kwai Feh are the two lychee liqueurs you’ll encounter most often, both delivering that perfumed, floral-sweet lychee flavor. A Lychee Martini — vodka, lychee liqueur, and a splash of dry vermouth, garnished with a lychee fruit — became a cocktail bar staple in the early 2000s and never really went away. The flavor also works well with sake, champagne, and coconut. Be careful with proportions since the sweetness can overwhelm a drink quickly. Half an ounce as a modifier is usually the right call rather than using it as a base.
