Lemon Vodka

Citron, Citrón, Citrus — every vodka brand has their own lemon-flavored bottling, and they’re all slightly different. Absolut Citron basically invented the category and remains the bartender’s default for Lemon Drop Martinis and Cosmopolitan riffs. Ketel One Citroen is a step up in smoothness. Lemon vodka works great with soda water and a splash of cranberry for a low-effort highball. Since the lemon flavor is already baked in, you can skip the fresh citrus in a pinch — though a real squeeze of lemon still makes everything better.
