Hot Sauce
Tabasco, Cholula, Frank’s RedHot — each one changes a Bloody Mary in a different direction. Tabasco brings vinegar heat, Cholula adds smoky warmth, and Frank’s goes buttery. A few dashes in a Michelada or a savory Margarita can wake the whole drink up. Some bars now make their own chili-infused syrups, but a bottle of hot sauce behind the bar is the quicker path to spice. Start with two or three dashes per drink and let your guest add more — you can always go hotter but you can’t dial it back.
