Ginger Liqueur
Domaine de Canton is the bottle you’ll see on most bar shelves when someone calls for ginger liqueur — it blends Vietnamese ginger with cognac and honey. Unlike ginger beer or ginger syrup, a ginger liqueur brings warmth and spice with built-in sweetness and alcohol. It’s excellent in a Penicillin riff or shaken with bourbon and lemon. The Barrow’s Intense brand goes heavier on the ginger heat if you want more kick. Works as a modifier in tiki drinks too, adding depth without overpowering the mix.
