Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey

You either take Fireball shots at the bar or you watch other people take them — there’s no in-between. This Canadian cinnamon whiskey took off around 2012 and hasn’t slowed down, despite technically being a flavored whiskey at just 33% ABV. Mixed with apple cider it makes a solid fall drink, and it works surprisingly well in a cinnamon-spiked Old Fashioned for people who like things sweet and spicy. The mini bottles are everywhere. Note that some of the smaller plastic bottle versions are malt-based, not whiskey-based, so check the label if that matters to you.
