Drambuie

Drambuie is a Scottish liqueur made from aged Scotch whisky, heather honey, herbs, and spices — and it’s been around since the 1740s. The Rusty Nail is its signature cocktail: just Scotch and Drambuie on the rocks. Legend has it the recipe was given to the MacKinnon clan by Bonnie Prince Charlie himself. At 40% ABV, it’s full-strength and sippable on its own, with a honeyed warmth that works beautifully in whisky-based drinks. Try it in a Hot Toddy or drizzled over vanilla ice cream when you’re off bartending duty.
