Chambord Raspberry Liqueur

That round, orb-shaped bottle with the gold crown is Chambord, a French raspberry liqueur made with black raspberries, Madagascar vanilla, and Cognac. It’s rich, fruity, and not cloyingly sweet, which is why bartenders reach for it over generic raspberry liqueurs. Float it in a glass of champagne for a Kir Royale, or mix it into a French Martini with vodka and pineapple juice. At around 16.5% ABV it’s gentle enough to use generously. It’s been made in the Loire Valley since 1982, inspired by a raspberry liqueur produced for Louis XIV.
