Blueberry Vodka

Stoli and Absolut both make popular blueberry vodka bottles, but you can also infuse your own by soaking fresh blueberries in plain vodka for about a week. The flavor is mild compared to citrus or berry vodkas, which actually makes it more mixable — it won’t bulldoze everything else in the glass. Shake it with lemonade for a quick summer drink, or combine with muddled basil and lemon for something more crafty. The purple-blue tint it gives cocktails looks great without needing any artificial coloring.
