Blue Curacao

Blue Curaçao is an orange-flavored liqueur dyed a vivid blue. Flavor-wise it’s basically the same as regular Curaçao or triple sec — the only difference is the color. That blue tint is the whole point: it turns drinks electric blue or, when mixed with orange juice, a bright green. You’ll see it in the Blue Lagoon and Blue Hawaiian. Bols is the most common brand. It’s not exactly a sophisticated ingredient, but it’s hard to argue with how fun those drinks look.
