Bacardi Superior Rum

Bacardi Superior is the world’s best-selling white rum, and it’s been the default pour in Daiquiris and Mojitos since the Bacardi family started distilling in Cuba in 1862. Charcoal-filtered for a clean, light profile, it won’t compete with your other ingredients, which is exactly the point in citrus-forward cocktails. It’s not the most complex white rum out there — Probitas and Plantation 3 Stars offer more depth — but for mixing at scale or keeping costs down, it does the job reliably. Every home bar should have a bottle.
